Our stay brought delightful surprises! The staff were exceptionally friendly, especially Miss Irene, who brightened our mornings. The cleanliness made our experience calming and enjoyable.

A steep walk back from the city center was challenging, especially after a long day of exploration. We also wished for a nearby convenience store for late-night snacks.

Consider bringing a power strip if you have multiple devices, as outlets in the room are limited.

Spacious stay with friendly vibes

Had a decent one-night stay here. The staff were super friendly and really made us feel welcome. Our original room had a jacuzzi issue, but they switched us to another with a working one, which was cool. Just a heads up—the jacuzzi needed a little running to clear out some funky water. The location's good too, up in the greenery. Would come back!

Friendly staff made the stay enjoyable, particularly the attentive service from Fatiha who went out of her way for my sister’s birthday. The premium double room was spacious enough, providing a comfortable experience. However, the hotel is somewhat secluded from dining and entertainment options. The dining experience was limited, and the check-in process took longer than expected, affecting overall convenience.

This place suits me perfectly with great wi-fi, friendly staff, and a cozy restaurant. On my first visit, they were super helpful with my late checkout. I’ll definitely be back for a new year!

Re! @ Pearl's Hill is a gem—smack in the heart of Singapore! The smart TV was a lifesaver for movie nights, and the central locale had mi goreng and dim sum spots just a hop away. Plus, the spacious room felt like a cozy retreat after a day of exploring!

We had a mix-up with the beds, and one of my friends ended up on the floor instead of the cozy bedding. A heads-up would’ve saved the hassle. Still, the hotel made up for it with comfy vibes and clean spaces.

Clean room, friendly staff, with great wi-fi and convenient access to public transportation, being just a 10-minute walk from Chinatown MRT Station made exploring nearby attractions incredibly easy.

I loved the location. It's nice and quiet, up on a hill, away from the city's noise. The room I stayed in had a unique retro theme, which I found charming. Cleanliness stood out. my room felt tidy, and the bathrooms were kept well. Friendly staff made my stay even better. However, the furniture was quite dated, and maintenance could improve since the jacuzzi had some issues. The lift also needed better upkeep for easier access. Overall, it was a good stay despite these hiccups.
